NTS management is committed to disseminating a culture centered on integrity, preventing and combating bribery and other acts of corruption. To this end, together with the Compliance area, it has developed the Compliance Program, which has as its pillars the support and commitment of senior management, regulations and policies, training and communication actions, continuous monitoring and risk mitigation, and due diligence of third parties.

Ethics and Integrity Committee

The NTS Ethics and Integrity Committee purpose is to disseminate the principles and values contained in our Code of Ethics, promoting proper compliance, spreading a culture of compliance, ethics and risk mitigation, and the prevention of corruption.

Reporting breaches

The NTS Hotline is a direct line to an independent and specialized company, which investigates information received about reports of misconduct and suspicious, unethical, illegal or unsafe behavior.
