Climate Change

The product we transport is methane, which is considered to be an energy transition fuel.
We have developed our Decarbonization Plan, seeking energy efficiency and emissions reduction, with a portfolio of projects that take into account growth estimates and opportunities for improvement – defining an emissions reduction target for objectives 1 and 2 by 2026.

We were the first Brazilian company to join the Oil & Gas Methane Partnership 2.0 (OGMP), a global initiative coordinated by the United Nations (UN) that promotes transparency and accuracy in methane emission reports, with the focus on mitigating climate change.

Environmental Licensing

Environmental Licensing allows the company to develop its activities in compliance with the legislation.

This process monitors compliance with the environmental conditions for licenses – allowing the ongoing operation of assets, requests for new licenses and authorizations and the monitoring of environmental studies for strategic projects.

We always work in partnership and with transparency alongside the environmental agencies.

Environmental Management

Our environmental management controls and procedures were developed to efficiently monitor the operational factors and maintenance of our assets, ensuring compliance with the legal requirements.

Environmental performance is monitored through indicators aimed at evaluating and addressing possible abnormalities – seeking continual improvement – in line with market practices.

We have internal procedures that determine the systems for managing solid waste, water, effluents and atmospheric emissions.
